Harvest ‘Asado’ Dinner

This year's theme of our Harvest Dinner will be an Asado.  An Asado is a family and friend oriented experience focused on slowly grilled meat cooked over an open-wood fire. While the meat slowly grills, Pampa’s Fox will start the dining experience with a variety of flavorful appetizers cooked over the hot grill (mini kabobs with Argentine chorizo and veggies, chicken with bacon & pineapple and a vegetarian kabob as well. Also their famous empanadas with flaky dough filled with mozzarella cheese & onions.

For the main course, the Asador will serve Argentine skirt steak and chicken thighs with lemon, fresh thyme and mustard. Side dishes will include roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes and creative authentic salads. Following the Argentine tradition, there is always chimichurri and fresh bread at the table!!

To finish a delicious meal an Argentine dessert “arrollado” sponge cake with dulce de leche, whipped cream and fresh strawberries will be served.

Cost for the event is $89. This includes a welcome cocktail, dinner, live music and a Trio of wines that have been paired with the meal (or you can make your own selections). All additional wines will be available for purchase with friendly prices to enjoy during dinner or to take home.

All tables will be spaced appropriately apart, and all precautions and guidance will be taken to ensure the safety of all. We are limiting attendance to 80 people to further ensure safety and comfort. We look forward to seeing you at our Harvest Dinner!!
